Second Day Select Freight/Courier Service

Second Day Select Freight Service is the most economical means of airfreight/courier service available. It provides guaranteed delivery of merchandise within 48 hours of notification of pickup or reception of merchandise at our sort facility.*

Rates:
Second Day Select Freight Service ................ $35.00 per pickup / delivery plus $0.95/lb
*(Guaranteed delivery in 48 hours or less) $35.00 minimum freight (less than 36 lbs)

Handling Charge (warehouse drop-shipments) ...............................$25.00

Priority Freight/Courier Service

Priority Freight guarantees that you will receive your merchandise within 24 hours of notification of pickup or reception of merchandise at our sort facility.* You must notify The Time Machine no later than 1:00pm the previous day with all pertinent information relevant to the collection and/or receipt of your merchandise. The Machine will not be held liable for any failure in performance not specifically related to the service provided i.e. If your vendor refuses to release items for any reason or has failed to prepare items for collection. The Machine will notify you either by fax, email or telephone call of the status should one of these situations occur.

Rates:
Priority Freight Service...........................$50.00 per pickup / delivery plus $1.05/lb
*(Guaranteed delivery in 24 hours or less) $50 minimum freight (less than 47 lbs)

Handling Charge (warehouse drop-shipments) ...............................$25.00

Same Day Freight/Courier Service

Need it yesterday? The Time Machine offers Same Day Freight and Courier Service for those time critical documents and/or freight. The Machine's Same Day Service guarantees delivery before 5:00pm the same day.* Requests for Same Day Service must be received no later that 10:00am. The Machine will not be held liable for any failure in performance not specifically related to the service provided i.e. If your vendor refuses to release items for any reason or has failed to prepare items for collection. The Machine will notify you either by fax, email or telephone call of the status should one of these situations occur. Due to recent changes in Bahamas Customs procedures we have temporarily suspended our Same Day Service. We will update when we are able to provide this service again

*(Gauranteed by end of business day) $75minimum freight (less than 66 lbs)

Freight Insurance

 

The Time Machine automatically covers the first $100.00 of the value of the merchandise it ships on behalf of its customers. Customers can purchase optional freight insurance at the rate of 2% of the declared invoice value. The declared invoice is the invoice presented to The Time Machine to be used for customs clearance by either the client, the client’s vendor or any person or agent acting on behalf of the consignee

First $100.00 of the value of the merchandise shipped

2% of declared invoice value

For clients that maintain credit accounts with U.S. merchants, The Machine can make payments to your account almost instantly. Simply bring in your account information from your current statement and the amount you want to pay on your account and in a matter of minutes your payment will be sent out. The machine will not be held liable for late payments if your current statement is within 5 days of due date.

Mailbox Rental

If you need a U.S. or Bahamas based postal address The Machine has the solution for you. With many sizes to choose from you have your pick depending on your needs. No exorbitant, confusing pricing structure or weight limits per month. One monthly fee gives you 24hr access to your mailbox 7 days a week.

Rates:
3 x 5 mailbox ...............$30.00 per month
4 x 6 mailbox................$40.00 per month

* The Time Machine guarantees its products and services barring any problem outside of its direct control. The Machine does not guarantee availability of services if acts of God, (hurricanes, inclement weather or other naturally occurring phenomena or manmade catastrophes, (acts of war, terrorism or airport closures) affect its ability to operate safely. Further, The Machine will not be held to service guarantees if any occurrence pertaining to transactions between third parties, (customers and their suppliers) make the receipt of merchandise in the time required to fulfill such guarantees impossible.
